Um, no. Actually. Your reasoning is not sound. The vast majority of restaurants are NOT vegan and therefore, there’s a necessity for some vegan restaurants. Of course, they are not going to serve meat because it goes against their ethics. Whereas serving a vegan meal is not going to go against anyone’s ethics. Big difference here. Meat eaters have loads of options & vegans do not.
