It is popular to bash the Democrats. Some of us however understand that we have been living in a plutocracy for some time. Why are people surprised? When did we actually live in some kind of utopia? Where now does such a utopia exist? I think it is fair to pressure the Democrats to disinvest from the corporate agenda. In fact, we desperately need this. But frankly we are all in this together. Taking our anger and vengeance out on the Democrats is going to simply be taking our anger and vengeance out on ourselves. …

Are you kidding me? You want the GQP to be in power? I assume first of all that you are most likely white if that’s the case. Have you not noticed the extreme instances of violence and vigilanteeism and overall racist bullshit going on in this country since Trump was elected? If we are going to be in solidarity we need to have a strategy. And that strategy to me is not blowing up the whole damn ship because we do not like where our cabins are right now. We figure out how to move our cabins around.

I find this whole line of thinking very frustrating and a bit white privileged & petulant. Wanna start a viable third party? Great. Show me where to sign up. In the meantime, this way of thinking is a through line to fascism.
